Ready for the big news x3?
For the first time since 2018, the San Francisco Giants will be coming to Sacramento on March 24, 2024, to play an Exhibition Game against your Sacramento River Cats! The best part, you already have your tickets.
New, Simple, and Streamlined!
After a successful pilot last season, River Cats members will be able to enjoy a simplified and streamlined renewal process through our new auto-renewal program. This program will be similar to other memberships you currently have (gym, Netflix, Spotify, Audible, etc.), but we think it is better as you control your payment plan and experience.
Here's how it works:
- Click HERE to begin the process.
- Log into your Account Manager.
- Click "Invoices" in the top left of your screen.
- Select your preferred payment option (pay-in-full, 3-month, 6-month, or 11-month).
- Once your payment option is selected, click "View Payment Schedule" to see payment dates.
- To complete your renewal, check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions then click "Pay Now".
Once your deposit has been placed, you will receive a DocuSign agreement that outlines your membership terms and the auto-renewal process. You’ll receive an email notification each year in August reminding you of your upcoming renewal and the payment plan you selected. You may change your payment plan, inquire about upgrading your seats, or opt-out of your membership during this time.

We wanted to say thank you for helping us transition to this new simplified model. As a thank you, your membership renewal includes tickets to the Giants vs. River Cats Exhibition Game on March 24. And, to make it even better, there is no increase on your 2024 membership price per game!
Just to recap, your 2024 membership will include:
- Giants vs River Cats Exhibition Game tickets.
- No price increase per game.
- Simplified and streamlined auto-renewal process.
As you can tell, it is going to be a busy off-season and there will be a lot of excitement around the Giants coming to town. To guarantee your seats, we need to hear from you by Wednesday, January 31 at 5:00 PM. If we have not heard from you by then, we will assume you are choosing to opt-out of your membership for the 2024 season.
